Wilson - providing the Best System Care with Adey Magnacleanse Flush
Is a process giving your central heating system a thorough internal clean thereby improving the system's performance. Over time some heating systems may experience Pipe and System blockages, causing poor circulation resulting in Cold Radiators, Internal Corrosion, noisy systems and rust build up (often referred to as sludge). By 'powerflushing' your heating system, the sludge and built up residue will be removed using a process called inline magnetic filtration, improving your systems efficiency and ultimately reducing your fuel costs in future years.
Because the water in a central heating system is always pumped in the same direction, iron filings, sludge, oil and grease build up within each radiator in your system. This has a detrimental effect on the efficiency of both your radiators and your boiler - in fact - your whole central heating system, reducing it's life expectancy. When a system is professionally power flushed, the system is flushed in different directions, agitating the sludge and debris, so the system can be drained of the deposits. When flushing a system, special chemicals are used to ensure the breakdown of the sludge inside the system, prior to the deposits being removed.

The Adey Magnacleanse Flush system has been proven to be both quicker and more effective than any conventional powerflush. Adey Magnacleanse is a central heating flush system which uses two large magnets and a powerful pump to catch all the loose rust.
The Adey Magnacleanse Flush is connected to the mains water and the pump then sends water round the system. The pressure is approximately ten times that of a normal central heating system. This pressure loosens the rust which then starts circulating within the central heating apparatus. When it reaches the Adey Magnacleanse Flush unit, the two magnets attract the rust and hold on to it. The machine can then be turned off and the magnets taken out for cleaning. In a standard size central heating system, this process is carried out a number of times until the water is running clear, and all the rust has cleared.
